Winter is coming, so Hampshire County Council's highways team have been refreshing their training on our gritters.
I was lucky enough to be asked along to see what they were doing today (and even luckier to have a go myself). Ensuring that our drivers are able to deal with difficult and icy conditions enables us to keep our priority routes clear and Hampshire moving.
