Fans will be at the centre of decision-making about their club in a major shakeup of football which will see the creation of a new regulator to ensure good governance in English football.
The Post Office managed to choose the last day of the Horizon inquiry to release the news it was proposing to close 115 main branch Post Offices including the one here in Romsey.
