Today has been spent in Havant, looking at various highway issues with my Hampshire County Council colleague, Cllr Jackie Branson and Leader of Havant Borough Council, Cllr Alex Rennie accompanied by my 12yo who had the good grace to look interested, most of the time.
Ensuring roads are ready for a new distribution centre and finding solutions to problems with parking in Leigh Park all on their agenda.
A trip too to Hampshire Countryside Service's Staunton Country Park, which is beautiful and well worth a visit if you are over that way.
