Some excellent news this morning in that all three planning appeals made by the developers to build a fifth house on the site at Oaklands in Lower Common Road, Wellow have been dismissed by the Planning Inspector.
The reasons for refusal of the original planning applications by TVBC have been upheld in each case.
Hopefully this means the area of green space at the front of the development and the trees situated there can remain untouched.
Thanks to everyone who wrote letters of objection to both TVBC and the Planning Inspector.
