**Flooding, ice and drainage**
I've had loads of comments along the lines of "this wouldn't be happening if the drainage were better" over the last few days in relation to the road problems we are encountering.

Little change from before. All routes to the south of Romsey are busy, as are the side roads with people avoiding the A3090 closure and A3057 traffic queues.
Reports that Pound Lane between Ampfield and Baddesley is very treacherous, closure being considered.
